I’m a personal trainer seeking to assist my clients in making healthy eating part of their lifestyles.  Sometimes a 50-minute session simply does not allow me the time to discuss nutrition adequately.  I know my clients are busy people who don’t need one more thing to think about.  So, here I am, attempting to eliminate the guess work of nutrition and offering tips and tricks to help make healthy eating an easy part of an already insane schedule.
